Exceptionally clean. Very quiet considering it’s on a main road (double glazing). Also very short drive to some good restaurants.

We both liked the young man we first met, He was polite and looked us in the eyes, also the lady who came in was nice and she gave us the key, plus I met a lady in the morning who I returned the key to she was busy in the laundry but still took the time to chat.

Excellent Accommodation, room was good size, comfortable with air conditioner, and large bathroom too, recently upgraded kitchen ,very sleek.

Good central location. Spacious room. Everything was very clean and in working order. Very quiet overnight.

Location was excellent for what we wanted to do while in Hamilton. Was nice and quiet for being on a main road.

This is the second time that we have stayed here. Room is well set out I like the fact that we had a couch to watch the TV from. The beds are so comfy. The shower water pressure is really good. Will always return here.

Location was quiet. Very comfortable bed. Room well set up with couch, comfortable table and chairs for meals. Bathroom spacious and shower user friendly for me with a crutch.

Nice clean room and great big tv. Bed was good. Hot water in shower was great.

Excellent hosts who are caring, friendly and very helpful. The staff are considerate, friendly and a pleasure to interact with. The unit more than met our needs and we are very appreciative of the standards maintained by the hosts.

The room and facilities were very clean, and the bed very comfortable.
